We deliver to the United Kingdom, Ireland and specified parts of Europe.

If you would like delivery to another destination please email or phone us and we will advise you of the delivery cost.

Next Working Day
Ensures delivery the next possible working day. The order deadline for next working day delivery is 12 noon GMT Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time, at weekends or on Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day and then delivered the following working day. Unfortunately some remote areas may take an extra day for delivery (see remote area postcode list below)

Other Deliveries
A delivery can be booked in advance for a specific date if your gift is for a birthday, anniversary or special event. Otherwise delivery is in 2-3 working days or 3-5 working days.

All deliveries will be made between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday. Unfortunately it is not possible to guarantee an exact delivery time and regrettably we are unable to deliver on a weekend.

The following areas are regarded as remote by courier companies. Delivery may take one day longer to these areas and in some cases there is an extra delivery charge. Any extra delivery charge will be advised at the checkout.

ESSENTIAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
All address information must be accurate including the postcode and the recipient's telephone number. The postcode is especially important - if it is incorrect or omitted the delivery will most likely be delayed. This does not apply to the Republic of Ireland.

We cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if the recipient's address and telephone details are incomplete or incorrect. The goods shall be deemed to have been delivered when the courier obtains a signature confirming delivery of the goods at that address.

WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS
All deliveries must be confirmed with a signature. Our courier companies do not leave a parcel without a signature.
Where the courier is unable to find a person to accept delivery, a calling card will be left for the recipient to contact the courier. The recipient can arrange an alternate delivery time or alternate location (this is at the discretion of the of the courier.) The recipient can also arrange to collect the gift from the nearest courier depot if this is more convenient.
If the recipient does not contact the courier he will try to deliver again the following day. If the courier is unable to deliver the following day and the recipient does not get in touch with the courier the goods are held for four days and then returned to us. A charge will be made for redelivery to the original or an alternate address. The purchaser will also be charged for any items which have become unsuitable for sale and need replacing such as perishable items.
We employ third party courier services to deliver your gifts and hampers. Although customers can request a specific delivery day we cannot accept specific delivery time requests.
For some people it may be the best option to deliver the gift to the recipient's workplace.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
We guarantee that all items will arrive in time for Christmas. Howerver in December, due to the high volume of parcels being sent gifts may not always arrive on the selected date. The final day for placing orders is Friday 19th December 2014.

DELIVERY TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
If you are sending gifts to a number of different addresses you can send the information to us in whatever format is most convenient for you - either email the spreadsheet or use our multiple order form - see our corporate section. A delivery of a number of hampers where delivery is by pallet to a single address will obviously reduce the cost of delivery significantly. The cost is dependant on the weight and quantity of hampers. Please email us for a quote.

DELIVERY TO HOSPITALS AND HOTELS
Most deliveries to hospitals or hotels are not personally delivered to the recipient but are delivered to a central delivery point such as the reception or the post room. We regard the delivery as complete when a member of staff confirms receipt of delivery with a signature. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for the actions of the staff at the central delivery point. We cannot control how quickly the gift moves when it reaches the central delivery point. We advise the customer to contact the central delivery point prior to delivery to ask about their delivery policy within the hospital or hotel.

ORDER TRACKING
When a gift has been collected by our courier company it will be possible to track the gift on their website using a unique tracking number. Details of this will be emailed to you on the day of despatch.

PERISHABLE ITEMS
We do not despatch perishable items on a Friday. Any orders placed on a Friday will be despatched on the following Monday.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When you order is place we will confirm the delivery date by email and give the tracking number. This will allow you to track the parcel using the courier's website.
All orders require a signature - our courier companies will not deliver without a signature.

Although we always make every effort to deliver goods with the specified time, occasionally delays are unavoided and beyond our control. Delivery dates and times are not guaranteed. The time of delivery shall not be the essence of the contract and failure by us to make delivery at a particular date does not entitle the customer to terminate this agreement or refuse the delivery or to claim for any expenses.
