These conditions shall apply to all online transactions between thearttofhampers.com or thearttofwine.com ("The Artt of Hampers") and any person, firm or company ("the purchaser") placing an order online with The Artt of Hampers for the manufacture and/or supply of any goods ("the Goods"). The Artt of Hampers by accepting any order for goods from the Purchaser, agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to purchase such Goods at the price stated on The Artt of Hampers website and on the sole basis of the terms and conditions of The Artt of Hampers stated herein.

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to any person under 18 years of age. For this reason we have inserted the age verification request at the checkout. We reserve the right not to accept any order.
All products on our website are offered subject to availability. Whilst every effort is made to supply items as specified the contents of each gift are subject to availability. The Artt of Hampers reserves the right to substitute any items where appropriate and guarantee that all replacements are of equal or greater value. Plates, glasses and other props shown in the photographs are not included in a hamper unless specifically listed in the hamper contents list. Wine vintages and packaging designs may vary from those illustrated.
Prices on our website are inclusive of VAT and in GB pounds. We accept payment from the following credit and debit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Barclaycard, Visa Electron, Visa Debit and Maestro.
Whilst we work hard to ensure all the pricing and product details on our website are 100% accurate 100% of the time occasionally errors may occur. If this happens and you order a product that is priced or described incorrectly we will contact you with the correct details and you can decide whether to continue with the order or cancel it. We reserve the right to abstain from fullfilling an order if the price is incorrect.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

5. Delivery Information
We deliver to the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland and selected parts of Europe.
All address information must be accurate including the postcode (where one exists) and the recipient's telephone number. We cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if the recipient's address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. The goods shall be deemed to have been delivered when the courier obtains receipt of the goods confirmation from any person at that address.
It is the customer's duty to ensure that someone will be home to sign for the gift, which will be delivered by third party couriers. Where the courier is unable to find a person to accept delivery, a calling card will be left for the recipient to contact the courier. The recipient can arrange an alternate delivery time or alternate location (this is at the discretion of the courier). If the recipient does not contact the courier he will try to deliver the following day. If the courier is unable to deliver the following day and the recipient does not contact him the goods are held for four days and then returned to us. A charge will be made for redelivery to the original or alternate address. The purchaser will also be charged for any items which have become unsuitable for sale and need replacing such as perishable items.
We employ third party courier services to deliver your gifts and hampers. Although customers can request a specific delivery day specific delivery times and dates cannot be guaranteed. Claims for non delivery must be made within 10 days.
We guarantee that all items will arrive in time for Christmas. Howerver in December, due to the high volume of parcels being sent gifts may not always arrive on the selected date. The final day for placing orders is Wednesday 22nd December by 12 noon.
Delivery is made on Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm. Unfortunately it is not possible to guarantee an exact delivery time and regrettably we are unable to deliver on a weekend. It is sometimes advisable to deliver to a recipient's work rather than home address.
6. Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Damages
We are dedicated in ensuring all our gifts arrive with you in perfect condition. In the rare event of a gift being damaged, please contact us within 3 days by telephone or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Damaged Goods must be returned to us suitably packaged. We will replace or refund the items concerned.
Unwanted or unsuitable goods can be returned within 7 working days of receipt as long as the goods are in perfect condition and the packaging remains in an "as new" state. Both the despatch and return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. We recommend using a reliable insured courier or registered post to return the item. In accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling perishable goods or customised goods made according to custom specifications may not be returned.
Please contact us at email@example.com to let us know that you would like to return an item. You will then need to print and fill out our Returns Form and return it with the unwanted item. All returns must be packaged to prevent damage with the Returns Form enclosed. After we have received the goods a refund will be made to the purchaser's credit card. The refund will exclude postage and and packaging costs. We regret that we are unable to refund for perishable items such as cheese.
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive you have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery. In this situation please contact us to let us know you would like to cancel your order and then please return the goods to us at the address below, in the original packaging, and we will happily refund the value of the goods in full.

You may cancel an order up to 24 hours before the requested delivery date. However, if we receive notice of your cancellation later than 24 hours before the delivery date, you may be too late to halt delivery. To cancel your order if the goods have already been dispatched you must notify our customer services team by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
7. Customer Care
The Purchaser should inform The Artt of Hampers immediately of any issues, either by telephone 028 91870704, fax 02891870721 or email at email@example.com.
We will investigate any issues as soon as they are brought to our notice and we endeavour to respond to all email enquiries within one working day.
8. Force Majeure
The Artt of Hampers will exercise every reasonable effort to meet the requested despatch date. We shall not, however, be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control such as, but not limited to, compliance with laws or regulations, acts of God, acts or omissions of the Purchaser, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub contractors or suppliers, labour disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots.
At The Artt of Hampers we are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We collect information about you for two reasons. Firstly to process your order and secondly to provide you with the best possible service. At no time will we provide any information about you to third parties. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent. Only by signing up for our newsletter will you receive emails other than correspondence about your order. We promise that we will send no more than six emails per calendar year. You have the option to remove your name from our mailing list at any time by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your contact with us whether it is the product, service or website please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com. We strive to provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction and we want to hear all your comments. Any comments you have will be welcomed by us, taken very seriously and treated in the strictest confidence. Your complaint will be dealt with as a matter of urgency. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and give you a timescale for resolving your complaint and keep you informed of progress.
