Castelo de Medina Sauvignon Blanc

Pale straw yellow with golden tones, clean and transparent, giving off freshness with aromas of tropical fruits (banana, pineapple). In the mouth it is fresh with a good flow. Medievo Crianza Rioja

A great rioja ....... rich and so smooth. I find myself coming back to this one again and again. Ruby red with iridescent tiles and purple background, aroma of dried fruit (peach, plum) with balsamic notes (cedar wood, vanilla), toasted (roasted), fleshy and persistent due to its well polished tannins. Long aftertaste in balsamic resurgent line of licorice and minerals.
Mirone Garnacha Old Vines

Torres San Valentine Garnacha

Wine and FoodIdeal with poultry and cured cheeses. Serve at 15-16ºC and assess its development in bottle after two years. Tasting Notes Dark cherry colour with the violet gleam of a young wine. Attractive and intense aroma reminiscent of blackberry jam, with flowery hints of violets and roses. Smooth, silky and fruity palate (blackberry and pomegranate), with very soft tannins that evolve into a pleasant finish.
Torres San Valentine White

Description The Parellada grape, the best traditional white variety found in our highest vineyards, produces fruity, aromatic wines with moderate alcoholic strength, such as San Valentín. Wine and Food Delicious with lightly flavoured seafood, such as clams and crab or with fish in sweet sauces. Excellent with desserts. Tasting Notes Clear pale yellow colour, with enticing aromas of fresh grapes, together with other fruits (ripe bananas, quince ) and flowers (acacia with hints of roses and rosemary). Voluptuous and slightly sweet on the palate.
Torres Sangre de Toro

Description A fine wine, made from Garnacha and Cariñena. Wine and Food Superb with roasts, casseroles, game and traditional Spanish meat dishes. Tasting Notes Deep ruby colour with a hint of ochre. Rich complex Mediterranean aromas with exuberant notes of spices and blackberries. Velvety tannins are noted on the palate with elegant flavours of liquorice and small dark forest fruits (blueberries and blackcurrants).
